You can contribute to a cleaner Texas.
Many Texas energy providers use eco-friendly, renewable fuel sources like wind farms, solar panels or biomass plants. These sources have the least environmental impact and are continuously replenished.
When you buy renewable energy from a provider, it doesn't mean your electricity is coming directly from a renewable source. All energy providers connect to a transmission grid where generated power is pooled, so there's no way to determine where the electricity you use is generated. If you purchase renewable energy, your provider buys Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), which guarantee the percentage of renewable energy you purchased was generated by either wind, water, biomass or solar energy.
"Our church chose to go with Curtis and Clark Energy Services and we're going to save several thousand dollars. The people have been extremely friendly. I highly recommend them to anybody interested in saving money on their energy bills."
